As your provider, Quantum Telecom however reserves the right to exchange all necessary & relevant information with our billing agencies, wholesalers, carriers & financial institutions for the strict purposes of having us deliver your requested services & for processing of any requests you may make from time to time as a Quantum Telecom customer. This may include but is not limited to, your name, billing address, street address, relevant telephone numbers, any information obtained by us for the purposes of your agreement with us & your agreement with us.

Quantum Telecom reserves the right to perform a credit check upon application.
