There are 2 steps involved with joining Quantum Telecom.
Step 1: Selecting a plan
Step 2: Completing the application forms

Most landline services changeover within 3-4 working days however can take up to 10 working days until they change over to us. Inbound 1800/1300/13 services we can normally activate
or port within 24hrs however can take up to 72hrs to complete, & all mobile phone
applications will involve Quantum Telecom posting you a SIM card in the mail requiring
your activation.
